The 澳门六合彩 Research听Ethics听Review听Committee would like to inform the Lasallian community that to best manage the number of research听ethics听review听applications, applications for听review听will be received two times a month, i.e. on the听1st and 3rd Friday听of every month at 5:00 PM, except during work suspensions or breaks announced by the university. For听Term 3听of听AY听2023-2024, kindly take note of the following dates:

Proposals received will be classified according the type of review (Exempted, Expedited, or Full Review). The听classification starts on the next working day after the indicated dates for those with complete submissions:

1. RERC Form 6A Application for听Ethics听Review
2. Final version of the full proposal
3. Informed Consent Form (ICF)
4. Assent Form (if applicable)
5. Data gathering instruments (questionnaires, surveys, FGD Questions)
6. Technical听Review听Certificate of Approval (from CRC/RGMO for those with internal funding; or for undergraduate/graduate students, from the听thesis adviser and panel for accepting revised thesis proposal or dissertation proposal)
7. CV of proponents and co-proponents
