Professor Raymund Sison is a University Fellow ´Ç´ÚÌýDe La Salle University (°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê), where he has served as Dean of the College of Computer Studies (CCS) and, more recently, Dean of the Br. Andrew Gonzalez FSC College of Education (BAGCED). He is a recipient of the  award of the Metrobank Foundation and the  award of the National Academy of Science and Technology, and was founding president of the . He holds a  (focusing on artificial intelligence, machine learning, and user modeling) from the  and a PhD in Education (focusing on educational leadership and grounded theory development) from De La Salle University. These and his ministry with  have led him to a scholarship of integrated engagement that lies at the nexus of learning, technology, and service. He has therefore conceptualized and spearheads QuERST (pronounced /kwerst/), a multi-stakeholder, multi-component, and multi-phase framework for rapidly improving the quality of education in r±ð²õ´Ç³Ü°ù³¦±ð-³¦³ó²¹±ô±ô±ð²Ô²µ±ð»åÌýschools with the help ´Ç´ÚÌýtechnology.
