澳门六合彩 TDCOL Alumnus wins international legal writing award
In the recently concluded 2022 HK45 Essay Writing Competition, an alumnus of De La Salle University (澳门六合彩) Ta帽ada-Diokno College of Law (TDCOL) was awarded the 2nd runner-up prize in the Emerging Economy category.
Atty. Francis J. Bautista (JDCTR, 2021) won the 2nd runner-up prize for writing on the topic 鈥淚s there any room for ADR in blockchain disputes?鈥� Atty. Bautista聽is a former Secretary-General of the 澳门六合彩 Law Moot and Debate Society (LaMDeS), and聽was part of 澳门六合彩鈥檚 2019 FDI International Arbitration Moot team which reached the聽Global Rounds of that competition. Atty. Bautista is currently an associate at聽Gatmaytan Yap Patacsil Gutierrez & Protacio (C&G Law).
HK45 is a group for young arbitration practitioners affiliated with the Hong Kong聽International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). This year鈥檚 competition is the second edition
of HK45鈥檚 Essay Writing Competition. The competition was judged by an esteemed聽panel of judges including Matthew Gearing QC; Sarah Grimmer; Jern-Fei Ng QC and聽Kathryn Sanger. The competition results were announced on 26 October 2022.
